They empower us to be good people and followers of God. Did I spell followers right?

Our conscience is something inside of our head that tells you the good things to do and can make you feel guilty. Free will lets us choose the good or bad thing to do.

I think our conscience is more in our soul than just in our head.

The gifts of our conscience and free will empower us to be able to be a better follower of God. They empower us to be a better person too. For example, if I had to make a choice, my conscience could help me make the right decision and that would empower me to be a better person.

So the Holy Spirit is like our, "guiding light" being our conscience.

I agree with Mary Jo because if we did not have a conscience we would be doing very bad things all of the time.

Exactly Jessica. But I think some people push their consciences to the back of their heads and ignore them sometimes.

The gifts of our conscience and free will empower us to do whatever we want, but in a good way. It also empowers us to be nice to others and follow God's footsteps in a good way and listen to his word.

The gifts of our conscience and free will empower us to do good choices but also bad ones. Like Adam and Eve in the garden they chose the wrong choice they could have gotten the perfect life but decided to eat the apple and give that up

The gifts of our conscience and free will empower us to make the right choices and to follow God in everything that we do. God gave us our free will to make the RIGHT choices and not the wrong choices. An example would be if someone was trying to decide on whether to do something that they know is wrong or something that is right, they would use the free will that God gave them to decide on what they know is right.
